All the orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Tuesday to Saturday). The gift card is sent with Swiss A post (+ 1-2 days delivery).
All orders received after 12 pm are calculated from the next day. The studio is closed Monday and Sunday, so those days are not counted as business days. To receive your gift card on time, it is recommended that you order it one week in advance.
The gift card is physical and is shipped to the address of the person who orders it. It is the responsibility of the one ordering the gift card to enter the correct shipping address. No money will be refunded for incorrect shipping.
Upon request you can order and pick up the gift card directly at our Shop during opening hours. If you want to pick up the gift card at the studio you can order it by emailing hey@lokistudio.ch and we will contact you as soon as possible. Payment can be made at the studio by credit card or twint.
The gift card is provided with a unique booking code. The recipient will be able to reserve the pottery course or workshop held on his/her preferred date directly from our website.
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the code is no longer valid and it is no longer possible to reserve through the gift card.
Please note that courses and workshops may change seasonally so if the recipient is interested in a specific workshop or course it is best to book it as soon as possible.
