FAQ

When does the gift card expire?

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the code is no longer valid and it is no longer possible to reserve through the gift card.

Please note that courses and workshops may change seasonally so if the recipient is interested in a specific workshop or course it is best to book it as soon as possible.

I would like to purchase the gift card directly at your studio. When can I come?

If you want to purchase the gift card directly at the studio, you can visit our shop in Zurich during the opening hours:

Wednesdays: 2 pm – 6 pm
Fridays: 3 pm – 6 pm
Saturdays: 10 am – 1 pm

Please note: the shop is closed during the studio holidays which are:

My gift card is expired, can I use it?

Unfortunately, if the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid and therefore cannot be used.

Had a great time creatively bonding and crafting with my daughter and friend. The taster class was a birthday experience gift and was a lovely way to spend the afternoon. The studio guide was great at giving instruction, assisting with technique and patiently helping my eager 7yr old. Would definitely recommend!

We had the chance to do a mug handbuilding workshop and we all thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome, and the harmonic atmosphere.
