All the orders will be shipped within the 3 weeks following the order date. The shipping fees are calculated according to your location and can be consulted in the table below.

You can pick up your order at LOKI Studio in Zurich during opening times you. You will be contacted as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. You can find information on how to get to our studio here

Shipping costs for Switzerland are 7 CHF.
Free shipping for orders over 200 CHF.

Shipping costs for Europe are 20 CHF.
Free shipping for orders over 200 CHF.

Worldwide shipping costs are 35 CHF.
Free shipping for orders over 200 CHF.

DELIVERY

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery details during the online order. In the case that the wrong address was entered, the order and the shipping fees will not be refunded. All extra costs of package return and postage are the responsibility of the customer. LOKI is not responsible for any tax or fees that might be added to international orders.

All the ordered goods are shipped out in a lovely LOKI box protected by a second double wall package to ensure the protection of your products. We are committed to protecting the environment and for this reason our packaging is made of recycled cardboard. For the padding material we use newspapers. It is highly recommended once you have received your order to recycle the newspapers and the cardboard boxes. 

RefundS

Your satisfaction is important to us. For this reason, if the order does not meet your expectations it can be returned upon agreement from our part. In this case the shipping costs, both for delivery and for the return the order, are charged to the customer. The price of the product would be fully refunded.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us first at hey@lokistudio.ch. We will provide you with the necessary information for the return. In the event that an order is returned without our agreement the full price of the order and shipping will not be refunded. If the contents of the package are damaged or broken during delivery, the price and shipping fees will be refunded. If this happens, please contact us at hey@lokistudio.ch and send us photos of the damaged content.
