In the first 3 hours of the morning session, you’ll focus on creating objects while learning the centering technique. After a 1.5-hour lunch break, the afternoon will be dedicated to mastering the trimming technique, where you will refine and enhance your pieces.
After the course, the staff will fire your creations in our kiln and then glaze them. During the course, you can choose from 3 available glazes, and we will glaze the pieces for you. If you prefer to glaze your own pieces, you can reserve a free 2-hour session during our workspace, where a staff member will guide you through the glazing process, or you can glaze during another class. If you want to glaze your pieces, please email us. Please note that the glazing session can be held at least two weeks after the course.
The course price includes all the materials and firing costs. The student can produce up to 8 pieces.
The class will be held in English.
One apron will be provided by the studio. In any case, it is recommended to dress comfortably as it will get dirty! It is highly recommended not to have long nails.
Following the trimming class, the staff will fire your creations and they will be ready within four weeks after the last date of the course. The staff will send an email to the person who made the reservation when the creations are ready for pickup, and they can be collected during the opening hours of our pottery stu.
After the trimming class, the student can choose from three glazes, and the staff will glaze their pieces after firing. If the student prefers to glaze their pieces themselves, they can do so during the workspace sessions or the upcoming glazing classes. We invite the student to contact us at hey@lokistudio.ch to schedule the glazing class!
The creations will be ready within 4 weeks after the glazing class.
I bambini sopra i 5 anni sono i benvenuti a partecipare a questo workshop. Chiunque abbia meno di 16 anni deve essere accompagnato da un adulto che parteciperà anch'esso al corso.
- Nessun rimborso è previsto per le cancellazioni della prenotazione.
- È possibile cambiare solo la data della prenotazione. In caso di modifica della data di prenotazione, si applicano le seguenti condizioni:
- Fino a 5 giorni prima della lezione: la modifica della data è gratuita.
- Da 5 giorni a 2 ore prima della prenotazione: 50% del prezzo totale sarà addebitato come supplemento.
- In caso di mancata presentazione senza preavviso, non sarà possibile riprogrammare la prenotazione per un'altra data né ottenere un rimborso. Non saranno fatte eccezioni: in caso di malattia o questioni personali, si applicano i termini e condizioni sopra menzionati. Ulteriori termini e condizioni sono disponibili qui.
