The Pottery wheel beginner course is spread over four sessions, designed to cover the fundamentals of pottery wheel techniques. Throughout the course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of each step involved in creating a piece on the pottery wheel, including wedging, centering, throwing, pulling, trimming, and glazing. Each student can expect to create several beautiful objects, such as cups, bowls, and small vases, leaving with cherished treasures to take home.
The course price includes all the materials and firing costs. The student can produce up to 12 pieces.
The class will be held in English.
One apron will be provided by the studio. In any case, it is recommended to dress comfortably as it will get dirty! It is highly recommended not to have long nails.
Following the last class, the staff will fire your creations and they will be ready within four weeks after the last date of the course. The staff will send an email to the person who made the reservation when the creations are ready for pickup, and they can be collected during the opening hours.
Children above 5 years of age are welcome to join this workshop. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.
