- Sushi & tapas plates workshop (2 hours, 109 CHF pp.)
In this workshop, you’ll create your own set of plates, perfect for sushi, tapas, and other small delights. You’ll design and hand-build the plates, then have time to decorate and paint them in your favorite colors. Each attendee will have the opportunity to make up to two plates. - Mug set workshop (2 hours, 109 CHF pp.)
During this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to craft two personalized cups and decorate them to your taste. Whether you prefer a soothing drink at home or a unique gift, you can choose the size, type of clay, shape, and even decide if you’d like to add a handle or keep it handle-free.The workshops are open to everyone and perfectly suitable for beginners. Children above 6 years of age are welcome to join. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.
- Wheel tasting class (1 hour, 49 CHF pp.)
Get hands-on with the pottery wheel and discover the magic of this captivating technique! In the first 5 minutes of the class, our instructor will demonstrate how to create a piece on the wheel, and then it will be your turn!
Please note that the price do not include any finished piece. If you choose to keep your creations, our staff will professionally finish them for you, and they’ll be available for pickup in about 4 weeks. A fee of 20 CHF per piece applies, and will be paid directly at the studio during the event.
The wheel classes are open to everyone and perfectly suitable for beginners. Children above 6 years of age are welcome to join. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.
- Q&A wheel throwing masterclass (1:30 hour, free of charge, members only)
In this class, you will have our intermediate course instructor, Sofia, available to assist you with any questions. You will create whatever you like on the pottery wheel, and she will guide you, answering your questions along the way. Your skill level doesn’t matter—whether you need help with centering, making larger pieces, or creating finer or more complex objects, Sofia is here to help you. Please note: This class focuses solely on throwing, and there are no scheduled follow-up sessions. If you’d like to keep (trim and glaze) your creations, you are welcome to do so independently during our designated workspace hours. Materials are charged at the standard member rate of 25 CHF/Kg.
Please note: prior experience with the pottery wheel is mandatory. - Sculpture masterclass (2 hours, free of charge, members only)
During this 2-hour masterclass, our instructor Agata will introduce you to the world of sculpture. You’ll have the chance to create your own sculpture while acquiring fundamental knowledge and skills. This class is solely dedicated to the sculpture-making process, and there are no scheduled follow-up sessions for finishing or glazing. If you wish to complete and glaze your creations, you are welcome to do so independently during our designated workspace hours. Materials are charged at the standard member rate of 25 CHF/Kg.
No previous knowledge in handbuilding or sculpture needed.
Pottery painting & bubbles (2 hours, 59 CHF pp.)
Join us for a special event with a glass of delicious sparkling wine from our partner, Cantine alla Maggia, and paint your own ceramic piece. Choose from a selection of mugs or saucers, and enjoy one glass of sparkling wine as you create.
The price includes one item per person, with a choice of a glass, mug (small or medium), saucer, or ornament. Special items, such as bowls, plates, vases, and more, are available for purchase at the studio.
Extra items
You’re welcome to paint more than one item by purchasing additional pieces on-site.
Please note: Only one glass of Sparking per person is included in the price. It will only be served to adults aged 18 and over. It is not permitted to bring your own alcohol or food, nor to purchase an additional drink in the studio.
For the ceramic workshops, an apron will be provided. For the wheel-throwing classes, we highly recommend wearing comfortable clothing as it can get messy, and avoiding long nails.
After the workshop, our staff will fire your creations twice and glaze them. They will be ready within four weeks after the workshop date. The staff will send an email to the person who made the reservation when the creations are ready for pickup, and they can be collected during opening hours.
Children above 5 years of age are welcome to join this workshop. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations of the booking. It is not possible to change the date of the reservation.
- In the case of a no-show without notification, it is not possible to reschedule the booking to another date or receive a refund. No exceptions are made: in case of illness or personal matters, the terms and conditions mentioned above apply. Further terms & condition can be found here.
Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are free of charge and available at the studio.
