Let’s create a breakfast set with your family – the perfect activity for kids too! If you’re up for fun, getting your hands dirty with clay, and adding some painting to the mix, this family activity is just right for you. Each family member will create and paint their own breakfast item, whether it’s a plate for bread and jam, a bowl for cereals, a coffee cup, or an egg bowl – you have the freedom to choose. After the workshop, you’ll have a lovely set at home, ready to be used and cherished.

The event will start with a demonstration of the handbuilding coil building technique. The type of breakfast item, shape and size can be choosen. After the demonstration, we will guide you step by step through the realization of your favorite breakfast item giving you advice and feedback where needed.
After the event, all the partecipant will have gained new skills in the coil building technique. For those who develop a passion for pottery and wish to continue their journey, we offer workspace hours where they can work independently to further hone their skills. More info here.
We kindly request that participants begin cleaning up their workstations 20 minutes before the session’s end.
The cost of your painting session covers all the necessary materials, firing costs, and professional finishing for one item per person.
Extra pieces
If the partecipants wants to create extra pieces beyond the included one an additional cost of 20 CHF per extra item will be applied.
After the event we’ll glaze and fire your creations, making them ready for pick-up at the studio within 4 weeks after the event. The person who made the reservation will receive an email when they’re ready for collection.
No specific clothing needed. We’ll make sure you’re covered by providing clean aprons to protect your clothes during the workshop.
If you would like to include a delicious aperitif in your event, please send an email to events@lokistudio.ch, and we will provide you with all the necessary information. Please note that the aperitif request must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the event.
Coffee & tea are included in the price and available during the entire length of your event.
