For our valued Studio members, we’re excited to offer a series of exclusive Masterclasses at LOKI Studio.
These Masterclasses are thoughtfully designed to help you sharpen your skills in specific areas and take your pottery practice to the next level. Under the expert guidance of our instructors, you’ll embark on a journey of skill refinement and growth. These Masterclasses are a fantastic opportunity for hands-on learning, allowing you to observe, experiment with pottery, and acquire new techniques.
The best part? These Masterclasses come to you absolutely free of charge! You can actively engage in demonstrations, get your hands dirty, and learn without any cost. Should you wish to keep and complete your creations, you’re welcome to do so independently during our designated workspace hours. All the materials used are charged as the standard member rate of 25 CHF/Kg.

- Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023: 9-11 am / 11-1 pm
- During this 2-hour masterclass, you will acquire the fundamental skills necessary to create and throw bigger objects on the pottery wheel. Guided by our experienced instructor Catja, you’ll have the opportunity to witness a demonstration, practice hands-on, and receive constructive feedback tailored to your specific needs.
- Required level: Intermediate
To attend this class, you should already have the ability confidently to centre small amounts of clay on the pottery wheel and create cylinders - Registration: online registration is mandatory and will open two weeks before the masterclass.
- Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023: 5-7 pm /7-9 pm
- During this 2-hour masterclass, our instructor Agata will introduce you to the world of sculpture. You’ll have the chance to create your own sculpture while acquiring fundamental knowledge and skills.
- Required level: No previous knowledge in sculpture or handbuilding needed.
- Registration: online registration is mandatory and will open two weeks before the masterclass.
- Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023: 9-11 am /11-1 pm
- Join our 2-hour masterclass led by Catja and learn to craft containers with customized lids. Experience live demos, hands-on practice, and tailored feedback, leaving with the skills to create unique and functional containers.

- Embark on a 2-hour masterclass journey with Catja and learn how create sets that exhibit seamless uniformity. Through live demonstrations, hands-on practice, and personalised feedback, you’ll leave with the ability to craft sets that maintain a consistent appearance.
